Driven by its digital transformation and the rise of hybrid work, Vertbaudet wanted to provide its teams with modern, connected spaces that foster collaboration and remote communication.
To meet this challenge, Vertbaudet turned to Videlio, an expert in integrating custom audiovisual solutions, to equip its new headquarters in Tourcoing with state-of-the-art technology.

Vertbaudet, the European giant in the children’s products industry, turned to Videlio to equip its brand-new headquarters in Tourcoing. The company moved into this brand-new facility a year and a half ago; it is much better suited to its current needs, particularly for remote work and virtual meetings. Thirty-six meeting rooms and five break areas have been equipped with videoconferencing, room booking, and digital signage solutions to facilitate internal communication. These spaces, used daily, also serve to broadcast important messages to employees. Vertbaudet also turned to Videlio for the entire audio system in its cafeteria, a space that is regularly used to bring all employees together for company-wide events.

A Successful Collaboration with Vertbaudet
Videlio’s mission was to find the audiovisual solutions best suited to Vertbaudet’s challenges and needs. The old building was poorly equipped. Display quality is a key factor for effective collaboration. The monitors, known for their reliability and image clarity, have been installed in every room, providing accurate reproduction of presentations, visuals, and videoconferences. - Audio solutions:
Each room has been designed to ensure excellent acoustics. The microphones accurately capture speakers’ voices, while JBL speakers ensure even sound distribution, even in large rooms. - Digital signage:
To enhance internal communication and highlight the company’s key moments, digital signage screens have been installed in shared spaces. Result: clear, visual, and real-time information that supports the corporate culture.
