Together Media is placing its trust in us again for the start of the school year!

This summer, we had the pleasure of working with TOGETHER MEDIA on a complete overhaul of their rental equipment fleet, in time for the launch of their new talk show, as well as the resumption of their flagship productions: *C Politique*, *C Ce Soir*, and *En Société*.

A Modernized Fleet for Seamless Post-Production

To ensure optimal performance across all their workflows, we replaced all editing and assistant workstations with Apple’s brand-new Mac Studio M4 Max models. These machines offer exceptional computing power, seamless handling of high-resolution media, and the reliability essential for the fast-paced world of television production.

An infrastructure designed for performance

The system that has been put in place consists of:

  • 9 editing stations and 7 assistant positions
  • 3 Airspeed 5000 servers (one per broadcast + one spare for redundancy)
  • 2 Avid Nexis Pro 40 TB units dedicated to collaborative file sharing

The Airspeed 5000 servers simultaneously record the studio feeds, making them available to post-production in near real time. This system allows broadcasts to begin immediately after recording, while still providing the ability to make adjustments before filming wraps.

The media is then processed, archived, and shared via the 40 TB Nexis, ensuring seamless and secure collaboration within the Avid environment.

Thanks to the stability and performance of the Avid solution, TOGETHER MEDIA can now manage two daily programs simultaneously, with increased responsiveness and a more comfortable workflow for the teams.
