This consulting firm, which consists of lawyers and legal experts, has moved into its new offices located in Paris’s 8th arrondissement. This move created a need for collaboration solutions. This is especially true given the shift to remote work, with some team members based outside of Paris. And let’s not forget the firm’s global reach, which requires attorneys to interact daily with international clients and partners. The COVID-19 health crisis ultimately only amplified this need.

There was therefore a genuine need for a collaboration solution, particularly for the conference room, which was designed to bring together both in-person and remote participants. This solution needed to allow for the sharing of working documents on a screen large enough to ensure everyone could read them comfortably.
