It all began when Logitech, a long-standing partner, forwarded a request from Phitrust to Videlio. The initial project seemed simple: to optimize a meeting room for videoconferencing. However, as soon as Videlio visited the premises, it became clear that the task went far beyond a simple upgrade. The room was equipped with an inadequate videoconferencing solution, and several technical challenges had to be overcome, including a very high ceiling that prevented the installation of ceiling-mounted microphones.

The Videlio consultant then asked all the right questions to fully understand the client’s specific needs and the unique constraints of the space. Every detail was taken into account to ensure that the proposed solution would be perfectly aligned with Phitrust’s expectations.

In less than a month, the company not only met Phitrust’s initial request but also planned and installed a comprehensive videoconferencing solution. The Solution: An Optimal Videoconferencing Experience

To meet Phitrust’s needs, Videlio offered to accompany the team to the Logitech showroom. This allowed Phitrust to explore different options and choose the solution best suited to the room and their budget. Ultimately, several technologies were integrated to transform their meeting room:

The Logitech Rally Bar**: a video conferencing bar perfectly suited for medium to large rooms. It ensures optimal audio and video quality, which is essential for meetings involving remote participants.
A 55-inch Sony display with a matte screen**: designed to minimize glare in a brightly lit room, ensuring that every participant—even those seated farthest away—can clearly see presentations.
Table microphones**: Due to ceiling constraints, two microphones were installed on the table, providing clear pickup of participants’ voices.

Simplified and effective collaboration.

Thanks to these improvements, Phitrust now has a modern, fully equipped meeting room for seamless video conferencing, whether on Microsoft Teams (used 80% of the time) or other platforms such as Zoom. The solution allows all participants to stay connected and engaged, whether they are on-site or remote.
