For its brand-new, prestigious building, Pernod Ricard wanted state-of-the-art technology. Across the building’s 162 spaces, the goal was to help employees navigate, stay informed, communicate, and collaborate more effectively by providing a user experience that was both seamless and consistent.

Another key challenge was the variety of room types and configurations: a reception room, 76 alcoves and meeting rooms, a training room, a gym, a game room, boardrooms, a Skybar, and 3 bars. In fact, each of these spaces needed to be equipped with solutions for video distribution, collaboration, document sharing, conferencing systems, microphones, and audio distribution.

Another challenge was to meticulously implement integration details—not to avoid detracting from the venue’s exceptional aesthetics, but rather to enhance them. Videlio thus contributed its expertise in compatible solutions to facilitate user collaboration on this project via Microsoft Teams.

Importantly, during the pre-sales phase, Videlio’s experts supported the Pernod Ricard project team by creating mockups of various configurations to validate both the user experience and the interoperability of the different technologies proposed.

The result is seamless interoperability and a streamlined user experience for Pernod Ricard employees. This success was also made possible through close collaboration with Barco, Samsung, and Crestron, enabling the company to provide employees with the technologies best suited to their needs.
