THE PROJECT

InVivo Events, a division of InVivo, manages and works to showcase all of the group’s events. Each year, InVivo Events organizes the Coop de France Conference for members to discuss upcoming challenges. In late 2021, flexibility and responsiveness were key for this annual gathering, which was not immune to health restrictions. Since in-person gatherings were no longer permitted, the event had to be completely reimagined and transitioned to a 100% virtual format. The Videlio teams accepted the challenge and rose to it brilliantly—all in less than a month!

THE ISSUES

  • Transform an in-person event into a 100% digital event by adapting the format to make it as engaging as possible (TV studio setting), all within a very short timeframe.
