THE PROJECT
Specializing in promoting scientific and technical culture, the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie has sought to make this field accessible to everyone.
To help it fulfill this mission, it has been working alongside Videlio for over 15 years. A permanent on-site team of seven technicians (two engineers and five maintenance technicians) operates at the facility. The goal is to provide the Cité with additional human and technical resources so that it can offer its visitors a truly immersive sensory experience through the creation of new exhibits and the maintenance of its permanent installations.
THE ISSUES
- Ensure the proper operation of the various facilities
- Deliver high-quality exhibitions within the specified timeframes

- Ship traveling exhibitions on time to their destination countries
SOLUTION PROVIDED
ENGINEERING:
- Implementation of multimedia presentations
- Management of interactive kiosks, listening stations, auditoriums, and robotic systems
- Exhibition setup
MAINTENANCE:
- Fully equipped workshop and spare parts warehouse
- 4-year maintenance contracts
- Complex maintenance work (Level 3–4) on exhibition components (audiovisual, IT, electronics)
