THE PROJECT

With more than 16,000 attendees, 350 presentations, and 250 companies, the BIG DATA & AI trade show is a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends and network with experts in data and artificial intelligence. For
this event, held at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Videlio – Events partnered with Corp Agency, a trade show services company and the end client, to organize the event.

THE ISSUES

  • Transport and set up a very large volume of
    equipment in one day.
  • Set up and adapt to a variety of spaces (booths, auditoriums, conference rooms, workshops, open stages, networking areas, etc.).
  • Stream the conferences, recorded at the Palais des Congrès and broadcast on the event’s website.

SOLUTIONS

  • Transportation of more than a hundred screens from our warehouse in Nanterre to the Palais des Congrès using several semi-trailers.
  • Adapting spaces in real time based on the needs of the booth builders and the day’s schedule.
  • Coordinated a team of stage managers and technicians across 7 workshops, 4 conference rooms, 2 open stages (startup pitches), and the booths.
  • Streaming of the conferences from each room at the Palais des Congrès to the client’s website.
