Auchan Showroom

Auchan Retail regularly enlists Videlio – Events to provide technical support for its events throughout the year.

As part of this partnership, our teams provided technical services for Auchan Retail’s annual convention—which brought together all store managers in France—including video recording and streaming of the event.

Videlio – Events also supported Auchan Retail in digitizing its internal communications through the creation of a virtual showroom. Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, this initiative was designed to allow the group’s buyers to remotely explore new non-food products, since they were no longer able to travel to see them in person.

To offer an immersive experience as close as possible to an in-person visit, Videlio – Events set up virtual tours featuring 360° videos. The initiative was subsequently expanded with the installation of a green-screen studio and a permanent control room, both fully equipped by Videlio.

This showroom has thus become a valuable internal communication tool for Auchan Retail, enabling the group to showcase its products and maintain connections with its remote teams.

This collaboration is a long-term partnership: Videlio – Events continues to support Auchan Retail with its various events and communication initiatives throughout the year.
