All of our quotes, orders, invoices, and business relationships are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The Prospect or Customer acknowledges having read and formally approved them without any reservations.
Unless otherwise stipulated in a specific agreement between the parties, orders placed with us are subject, without exception, to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are deemed to have been formally accepted.
