All our Quotations, Orders, Invoices and Commercial Relations are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Prospect or Customer acknowledges having read them and formally approves them without reservation.

Unless otherwise stipulated in a specific agreement between the parties, orders submitted to us are subject, without exception, to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are deemed to have been formally accepted.
