The scope of the acquisition includes 100% of the company.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xelementtoproof\"><b>Avantages Vid\u00e9o<\/b> is a major player in the integration and distribution of audiovisual and video surveillance solutions in the Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes region. Founded in 1995 and headed by Eric Magnin, the company has established itself as a benchmark thanks to its technical expertise, tailor-made support, and strong regional presence.
