The VIDELIO Events division changes scale

VIDELIO transforms its "Events" division after its merger with UTRAM which was announced in june 2014. To fund the expansion of the new Events organization, the VIDELIO Group is investing over 4 million Euros to give the new entity the means it needs to preserve its competitive edge and position itself over the long term as the french leader in technical services for the Events market.

Guillaume Durieux, VIDELIO Managing Director, comments : "We are convinced that the added value of technical services providers for the Events market relies upon their capacity for innovation and the flexibility of their teams. The Events division at VIDELIO has been organized with these objectives in mind and gives us the power to offer global solutions for sound, video and lighting to bring strong attention to the contents and messages of our clients".

At the organizational level, the VIDELIO – Events teams have now merged together to create better synergies and propose unified solutions incorporating the best DNA core knowledge of both companies. The new structure is centered around a common goal "Customer Satisfaction". This will allow to offer innovative and high quality services.To accomplish our ambitious goals, the Events division can now count upon a staff of 220 participants in over 16 locations.

Finally, thanks to the new financial resources allocated, the Events division has been able to acquire a fleet of leading technology gear which will enable it to postulate for very high added value projects. Indeed, for all types of events (corporate, sports, trade shows …).

The Group now has the capacity to assist its customers with their projects while pushing always ever further the realm of the possible.
